A $50 deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposits are non refundable, but the $50 deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo service. Deposits are collected electronically through an invoice that you will receive in your email after we agree on the details of your appointment. If I do not receive a deposit within 3 days of scheduling, your appointment will be void and that time slot will be put back up for grabs. If you need more time to pay a deposit please let me know, there are exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without giving me notice, your appointment could be forfeited. I usually have more than one client in one day, so just one person being late could throw off my schedule for the day. Being a little bit late is understandable, all I ask is that you let me know!
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment. If we are rescheduling, I will apply your existing deposit to your future appointment. If you no-show your appointment I will no longer be booking with you. As always, there are exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis. If you happen to get sick or if there’s an emergency the day of your appointment please let me know and we will discuss details.
Cash is my preferred method of payment. I am able to process card payments through Square, but there will be 2.6% transaction fee applied to your total. There is no ATM at my studio so please come prepared! If you need a price quote please feel free to reach out to me.
As far as tipping goes, tips are always appreciated but never expected or required. I price my tattoos for what I’m worth, so no worries if tipping isn’t in the budget. I will never prompt you for a tip, and if you are planning on tipping I accept tips in the form of cash, food/drinks, handmade items, etc.
If we are doing a custom tattoo you can expect to see you design about one day before your appointment. It’s important to note that I am just one person with a huge workload, so sometimes it’s easy for me to get behind on sending designs out in that timeframe. You can always feel free to send me a message if you’re ever curious about the status of your design!
